Our ₹20,000 package is a complete, transparent solution covering trademark search, strategy, application filing, examination reply support, and registration assistance.       How long does trademark registration take?

      A straightforward trademark registration process typically takes approximately 9–12 months. If an examination objection or opposition is raised, the timeline may extend to 18–24 months. However, the filing receipt and application number are generally issued within 48 hours, allowing you to legally use the ™ symbol while your application is in process.

      Are government fees included separately?

      Yes, government fees are separate and are paid directly to the Trademark Registry. For individuals and MSMEs, the government fee is ₹4,500 per class, while for companies and LLPs, it is ₹9,000 per class. Our professional fee of ₹20,000 is separate and includes complete service support with clear upfront pricing and no hidden charges.

      Will there be additional charges if an examination objection is raised?

      The first examination objection response is included in our ₹20,000 package. If further proceedings, additional responses, or hearings are required, the charges will be communicated clearly in advance. We believe in complete transparency with no unexpected costs.

      Are your ITC and Puma case references genuine?

      Yes, our case references are genuine. Due to client confidentiality, we do not publicly disclose client names. However, Trademark Registry records are publicly available and verifiable. During a consultation, we can share relevant case details and supporting documentation where appropriate.

      Do you provide discounts for multiple-class trademark filings?

      Yes, we offer special pricing for multi-class trademark filings. A 20% rebate is available from the second class onwards, and filings involving three or more classes include a complimentary strategy review. Customized proposals are available for larger filing requirements.

      Can you assist with international trademark registration through the Madrid Protocol?

      Yes, we provide assistance for international trademark filings through the Madrid Protocol, enabling protection across 130+ countries from India.
